A stainless-steel work surface that rises or lowers at the touch of a panel gives chefs a comfortable cutting, plating or garnishing height without moving the unit. The table's electric actuator lifts the entire pressed sandwich top evenly, so the work area stays level while it travels between 800 mm and 1000 mm. This range lets staff of different heights work without stooping or reaching, and the same table can switch between prep tasks and pass-through service at a counter. To use the table, the operator loads ingredients or tools onto the surface, then presses the up or down button on the control panel until the desired height is reached. The actuator stops automatically at either end of its travel. Once the work is finished, the surface can be lowered for cleaning or storage. Construction is a welded stainless-steel frame with 40 mm square tubular legs. The pressed sandwich top is heavy-duty and low-noise, designed to absorb the impact of chopping and rolling without denting. An optional upstand prevents spills from running onto the floor. Each leg ends in an adjustable foot that can compensate for uneven floors by up to 65 mm, keeping the table stable on any surface. The control panel is integrated into the frame and is easy to wipe down after use. It contains only the up and down buttons and no other settings. The 3000 mm length and 600 mm depth create a large, uninterrupted work area that can hold multiple cutting boards, trays or containers side by side. The 900 mm overall height at its lowest setting fits under most standard kitchen wall cupboards and extractor hoods. A uniform load rating of 120 kg across the top means the table can support heavy mixing bowls, stockpots or stacked sheet pans without sagging. After filleting fish or trimming vegetables, the grid lifts out so the entire stainless surface can be rinsed under the tap without water pooling on the frame. The pressed sandwich top is seamless, so there are no crevices to trap food debris. The height control panel is sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth without risk of water ingress. When the table is nudged by a trolley or a chef's hip, the feet can be re-levelled in seconds without tools, keeping the grid stable for stacking hot trays. The table is listed in the catalogue under Professional Worktables, Adjustable Height Range.
