The unit stands on its own, allowing it to be positioned against a wall or integrated into a run of matching modules. Its primary function is to hold ingredients, utensils or small equipment off the worktop, keeping them organised and protected from kitchen traffic while remaining within easy reach of the chef. The module relies on gravity and simple mechanical adjustment. The shelf rests on pairs of pegs inserted into vertical slots in the side panels. By moving the pegs up or down, the operator sets the shelf at the required height to accommodate taller items below and shorter ones above, or removes the shelf entirely to create a single tall compartment. The doors swing on hinges and close with magnetic catches, sealing the contents from dust and splashes without the need for a lock. To use the module, the operator first decides the shelf height and inserts the pegs into the chosen slots. The shelf is then laid on the pegs. Items are loaded onto the shelf or into the space below, and the doors are closed to secure them. When access is needed, the doors are opened and items are retrieved as required. The adjustable height range allows the module to adapt to changing storage needs without tools or disassembly. Construction is in standardised stainless steel with a brushed finish.
