Adjustable stainless-steel feet for professional stainless-steel furniture. They provide excellent stability on uneven floors, are highly resistant to corrosion, and are suitable for professional HoReCa kitchens, food production facilities, and other environments with high hygiene requirements.
Adjustable stainless-steel feet let catering equipment sit level on uneven floors. Each foot threads into a mounting plate welded or bolted to the base of the unit. Turning the foot clockwise raises that corner; turning it anticlockwise lowers it. The process is repeated at every corner until the appliance is stable and the worktop or hob is perfectly horizontal. This prevents spills, ensures doors close properly and stops vibration that can loosen fixings or damage internal components over time.
To use the feet, first place the equipment in its intended position. Check the level with a spirit level across the worktop or top rail. If one corner is too low, turn the corresponding foot clockwise until the bubble centres. If a corner is too high, turn the foot anticlockwise. Repeat the check and adjustment until the unit is level in both directions. Once set, the stainless-steel thread resists loosening under vibration, but periodic checks are still needed in busy kitchens.
The feet are made from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion in humid or wet environments. The 40 mm square base spreads the load over a larger area, reducing the risk of sinking into softer floors. The 70 mm height gives enough clearance to slide a mop or brush underneath for cleaning, while still keeping the unit low enough for safe loading and unloading.
Each foot is supplied individually, allowing replacement of a single damaged unit without replacing the entire set. The 40x40x70 mm size is standard for many professional catering appliances, including refrigeration units, prep tables, ovens and heated counters. The thread size and pitch are compatible with Novameta mounting plates and with similar plates from other leading manufacturers, making these feet a direct replacement for worn or missing parts.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the feet with a damp cloth to remove grease or food debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the stainless steel and expose it to corrosion. Periodically check that the feet are still tight and that the equipment remains level, especially after moving the unit or after heavy use.
