A stainless steel worktable that adjusts in height to match the operator or the task, giving a stable platform for food preparation, plating or holding hot containers. The grid surface allows air to circulate beneath trays and pans, keeping them cooler and making them easier to slide on and off without lifting.
The table stands on a welded stainless steel frame with four tubular legs. Each leg ends in an adjustable foot that can raise or lower the leg by up to 65 mm, letting the operator level the table on uneven floors or set the working height anywhere between 800 mm and 1000 mm. A small control panel on the underside of the top gives fingertip access to the height adjustment without tools.
The top itself is a heavy-duty pressed sandwich panel that resists bending under a uniform load of up to 120 kg. It can be ordered with or without a raised edge (upstand) to contain spills. For kitchens that need ventilation beneath the load, the grid version replaces the solid panel with a lattice of stainless steel bars spaced to support standard gastronorm trays and hotel pans while allowing air to flow through.
Construction is entirely in stainless steel, including the 40 mm square tubular legs and the adjustable feet. The frame is welded for rigidity, and the feet are threaded to give fine control over height and levelling. No additional shelf is fitted as standard, but the frame is rated to carry 120 kg on any shelf that is added later.
The height adjustment is the only control; it is operated by turning a knob on the control panel until the table reaches the desired height. The panel is positioned so that the operator can adjust the height while standing at the table without bending or reaching underneath.
A length of 2500 mm gives space for multiple operators or large trays side by side, while a width of 600 mm keeps the table within the footprint of a standard worktop. The overall height of 900 mm is the maximum; the table can be lowered to 800 mm for seated tasks or to fit beneath low extract canopies. The 120 kg load rating applies to an evenly distributed weight, so the table can hold several full gastronorm pans at once without sagging.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser. The grid top can be lifted off for deeper cleaning or to hose down the underside. The height control panel is sealed to prevent water ingress, and the adjustable feet can be removed for cleaning if necessary.
Two versions are available: with or without an upstand. The grid surface is an option on both versions.
