Novameta Adjustable Worktable with Shelf 1100

A professional worktable that adapts to the height of the kitchen team and the demands of the shift. The Novameta 1100 table combines a pressed sandwich worktop with a welded stainless steel frame, giving a rigid surface that stays level under heavy loads without vibration or noise.

The table raises or lowers electrically at the touch of a panel, moving smoothly between 800 mm and 1000 mm. This range lets the operator work seated or standing, reducing fatigue during long prep sessions. A shelf below the worktop provides a second stable surface for ingredients, tools or small appliances, keeping the main area clear for active tasks.

To use the table, the operator selects the desired height on the control panel and presses the button. The motor adjusts the legs in unison, stopping automatically at the chosen setting. Once set, the table locks in place and supports up to 120 kg evenly distributed across the worktop or shelf. The stainless steel feet can be fine-tuned individually to level the unit on uneven floors, with a total adjustment range of 65 mm.

The worktop is a heavy-duty pressed sandwich panel that resists dents, scratches and heat from hot pans. The frame is welded for rigidity, and the legs are 40 x 40 mm stainless steel tube for strength and corrosion resistance. The control panel is sealed for easy cleaning, and the entire unit can be wiped down with a damp cloth after service.

The table is supplied in two widths: 650 mm as standard, or 700 mm for additional workspace. Both versions include the adjustable shelf and the same 1100 mm length, giving a footprint that fits into most professional kitchens without crowding the aisle. The 900 mm overall height leaves clearance for overhead cupboards or ventilation hoods while still allowing the worktop to adjust down to 800 mm.

The 120 kg load rating applies to both the worktop and the shelf, so the table can hold heavy mixers, bain-maries or bulk ingredients without sagging. The adjustable feet ensure stability on any floor, and the stainless steel construction resists the moisture and cleaning chemicals found in commercial kitchens.
