Novameta bakery-tray trolley for 12 standard 600×400 trays

A mobile rack organises up to twelve 600×400 mm bakery trays in a single vertical stack, keeping finished goods, ingredients or utensils within arm's reach across the kitchen.

The trolley stands on four swivel castors, allowing the operator to roll the entire load from the proofing cabinet to the oven line, the cooling area or the packing station without lifting a tray. Shelves are spaced to match the standard tray height, so each tray slides in and out on its own level without interference from the one above or below.

To use, the operator loads each shelf with one tray, starting from the bottom. Once all twelve trays are in place, the trolley is wheeled to the next workstation. At the destination, trays are removed in the same order, or the entire trolley can be left in position as a temporary storage unit while the next batch is prepared.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, with welded frame and fixed shelves. The footprint of 460×600 mm fits between most worktops and under standard pass-through hatches, while the overall height of 1707 mm keeps the top shelf within reach of most operators without a step.

The trolley requires no controls; it is moved by hand and remains stable when parked.

The twelve-shelf configuration matches the output of many deck ovens and retarder-provers, allowing a single trolley to receive an entire batch at once. The 600 mm width aligns with standard bakery tray dimensions, so trays do not overhang and risk tipping.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth; no disassembly is needed.

This model is a single variant without adjustable shelves or alternative tray sizes.
