A mobile work surface brings dirty crockery from the dining area to the dishwasher without double-handling. The table stands on lockable castors so it can be positioned exactly where the flow of plates, glasses and cutlery demands. Once loaded, the operator wheels the table to the dishwasher, slides the items onto the machine's rack, and returns the empty table to the collection point.

The surface is organised in three zones. At the front, a grid shelf holds trays and larger items that do not need to roll. Behind it, two sets of rollers—one long, one short—guide plates and bowls towards the dishwasher. The long rollers span most of the width, while the short set sits at one end to keep smaller loads from drifting. This arrangement keeps items aligned and prevents jams as the rack is filled.

The frame is welded stainless steel, chosen for resistance to water, steam and cleaning chemicals. The castors are fitted with brakes to hold the table steady during loading and unloading. No electrical supply is required, so the table can be moved anywhere in the kitchen without trailing cables or needing a socket.

Overall dimensions of 1500 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 900 mm high create a footprint that fits between standard kitchen runs and leaves room for staff to walk past. The height matches most commercial dishwashers, so plates slide straight from the rollers onto the rack without lifting.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless-steel surfaces and grid with a damp cloth and sanitiser. The rollers can be lifted out for separate cleaning if needed. No lubrication or adjustment is required.
