A mobile worktop organises the flow between dirty crockery and the dishwasher. Dirty plates, glasses and cutlery are placed on the table, scraped and stacked ready for the rack. Clean items return from the dishwasher and drain on the same surface, keeping the dishwashing station tidy and efficient.
The table rolls on castors, so the operator can position it exactly where the dishwasher rack is loaded and unloaded. A long work surface gives space for dirty items on one side and clean ones on the other, reducing cross-contamination and speeding up the cycle. The height matches standard dishwasher racks, so plates and trays slide straight in without lifting.
Two rolls of paper towel are mounted under the worktop: a long roll for general use and a shorter roll for quick tasks. The grid shelf below holds detergent, rinse aid or spare racks within reach, keeping the worktop clear for crockery.
The operator loads dirty items onto the table, scrapes food waste into a bin, then stacks plates and cutlery into the dishwasher rack. The rack slides into the dishwasher, and clean items return to the opposite side of the table to drain. Paper towel is pulled from the dispenser as needed, and supplies are restocked on the grid shelf.
The frame and worktop are stainless steel, standardised for hygiene and durability in professional kitchens. Castors allow the table to be moved for cleaning or repositioned during service. The footprint of 2100 mm by 600 mm fits alongside most commercial dishwashers, and the 900 mm height aligns with standard work surfaces and dishwasher racks.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surface is wiped down with sanitiser, the paper rolls are replaced, and the grid shelf is cleared and disinfected. The castors are checked for smooth rolling, and the table is stored against a wall when not in use.
