This stainless steel table creates a seamless workflow between the rinse station and dishwasher loading area. It features two roller tracks—one extending the full length, the other shorter—allowing racks of washed items to move smoothly across the surface. The shorter track leaves room for an adjustable grid shelf, useful for storing trays, lids, or stacked plates within easy reach.
The roller tracks consist of nylon wheels mounted on stainless steel axles, slightly raised above the worktop to keep racks elevated. This design reduces friction, letting operators push racks with minimal effort. The wheels rotate independently, ensuring smooth movement in any direction. Since racks remain on the rollers throughout, there's no risk of dropping or tilting, and the load stays at a consistent height.
To operate, a loaded rack is slid from the dishwasher onto the longer track. A light push sends it forward until it reaches the end of the shorter track, where it can be transferred to the grid shelf or another work surface. The shorter track also acts as a staging area for racks from other stations, helping consolidate multiple loads before dishwasher entry.
The table is built entirely from stainless steel, with a single-sheet worktop featuring turned-down edges to contain spills. Square-section legs are welded to the underside, and adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors. The roller tracks are bolted in place, while the grid shelf hangs from two vertical posts that slot into pre-drilled holes, secured by a spring-loaded pin for height adjustment.
Cleaning is straightforward: roller tracks lift out for separate washing, and the grid shelf can be removed for soaking. The turned-down worktop edges prevent water from spilling onto the floor, and the open underside allows easy access for mopping.
The length provides a direct connection between an under-counter dishwasher and the main worktop line. The depth matches standard dishwasher rack widths, ensuring full support on the rollers. The height aligns with most commercial dishwashers and worktops, allowing level transfers without lifting.
