A static shelving unit holds dry goods, crockery or small equipment off the floor and within reach of kitchen staff. Each shelf is a flat, rigid platform that spreads the weight evenly across its surface and transfers it to the vertical posts. The posts are braced by horizontal struts at the back and sides, preventing the unit from twisting or swaying under load. This design allows the shelves to be positioned at any height along the posts, so the spacing can be adjusted for tall containers or shallow trays without altering the footprint or stability of the unit.

The operator loads each shelf from the front, placing items directly on the metal surface. No doors or drawers are fitted, so everything is visible and accessible without opening or closing. The unit stands on four feet that raise it slightly above the floor, allowing mops and brooms to pass underneath and preventing moisture from wicking up into the metal.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, including the shelves, posts and struts. The metal is left uncoated, so it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and does not chip or peel. The feet are also stainless steel and are fixed to the posts with bolts, so the unit can be dismantled for transport or storage.

Each shelf is rated to support 120 kg when the load is evenly distributed. The overall dimensions are 1700 mm wide, 400 mm deep and 1800 mm high, giving a footprint that fits against a wall or between worktops without obstructing walkways. The height allows the top shelf to be reached from floor level without a step, while the depth keeps items from overhanging and becoming unstable.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the shelves and posts with a damp cloth and mild detergent. No moving parts or electrical components are present, so no lubrication or calibration is required. The unit is supplied as a single variant with four shelves.
