Positioned between the dishwasher and storage, the table serves as a sorting and staging area. Dirty dishes slide onto the rolls, across the worktop, and are organised or stacked. Clean racks are retrieved from the shelf, loaded with washed items, and transferred to cupboards or counters. The height aligns with standard dishwashers and kitchen counters, enabling staff to move racks without strain.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel, including the worktop, legs, shelf, and roll supports. A raised rim on three sides of the worktop contains spills and prevents items from falling.
