A stainless steel worktop with an integrated sink designed to stand immediately beside a commercial dishwasher, giving staff a dedicated space to scrape, rinse and stack plates before they enter the machine.

The work surface holds soiled crockery and cutlery at a comfortable working height, while the sink bowl allows quick rinsing under a tap. Dirty water drains directly into the waste system, keeping the surrounding area dry and hygienic. Because the unit is placed next to the dishwasher, staff can slide rinsed items straight into the machine without carrying them across the kitchen.

To use the table, staff first scrape food waste into a bin placed beneath the overhang or into a separate waste unit. They then rinse each item in the sink under running water, removing any remaining debris. Once rinsed, plates, trays and utensils are stacked on the flat worktop ready for loading into the dishwasher. The sequence keeps the dishwasher filter cleaner and reduces the risk of food particles being redeposited on clean items.

The construction is a single stainless steel fabrication. The worktop and sink bowl are seam-welded to prevent water ingress, and the underside is reinforced to support the weight of stacked crockery. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring water drains completely from the sink.

The overall dimensions are 1200 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 900 mm high. This footprint provides enough space for two staff members to work side by side during peak service, while the height matches standard commercial dishwashers for a continuous workflow.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surface is wiped down with a sanitising solution after each service, and the sink is scrubbed to remove any food debris. The absence of internal moving parts means maintenance is limited to checking that the waste outlet remains clear and that the adjustable feet are secure.
