An equipment shelf organises heavy appliances above the worktop without taking floor space. Wall brackets carry the load to the building structure, leaving the area underneath clear for trolleys, sinks or cupboards. Stainless steel shelves resist steam, fat and cleaning chemicals, so they stay hygienic and do not corrode under daily washdowns.

Three shelves are fixed to three wall brackets, creating a single rigid frame. Each shelf holds up to 50 kg when the load is evenly spread. The shelves are open, so air circulates freely and spills drain straight through, keeping the surface dry and easy to wipe.

To install, mark the wall at the chosen height, fix the brackets with suitable anchors, then slide the shelves into the brackets and secure them. Once mounted, the shelf is ready to receive mixers, blenders, bain-maries or any other catering equipment that needs a stable, accessible platform. The 300 mm depth keeps the shelf within arm's reach, so the operator can load or unload without stretching. The 999 mm height allows three shelves to be stacked without interfering with overhead extractor hoods or lighting. The 50 kg load rating means the shelf can carry heavy-duty appliances without bending or distorting.
