BHS stainless steel shelf for equipment placement. Durable construction, available in various sizes, manufactured according to individual drawings and projects.
This stainless steel equipment shelf offers a sturdy, elevated storage solution for professional environments such as commercial kitchens, food production facilities, and industrial premises. The design keeps items off worktops or floors, improving accessibility and workflow efficiency. Three wall brackets secure the unit to the wall, ensuring even weight distribution and stability under load. Each shelf provides a flat, rigid surface capable of supporting heavy equipment without bending or flexing during daily use.
Installation involves attaching the three wall brackets to a solid wall at the required spacing. The shelves slide onto the brackets and lock into position, forming a level surface without gaps. Once assembled, the shelf requires no further adjustment, maintaining stability even when fully loaded. The open construction promotes air circulation, reducing condensation and simplifying cleaning.
Constructed from stainless steel, the shelf resists corrosion, moisture, and stains, meeting hygiene standards for environments that demand frequent cleaning with detergents and sanitising agents. The 2300 mm width provides ample space for multiple appliances or bulk items, while the 300 mm depth ensures easy access without obstructing aisles. The 999 mm height positions the top shelf at a practical working level for most users.
Each of the three shelves supports a maximum load of 50 kg. This rating applies to static loads; dynamic loads, such as appliances with moving parts, should be evaluated separately. The shelf is not designed for walk-on use or to support personnel.
Maintenance is simple: remove all items, wipe the shelves and frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry the surfaces to prevent water marks. No disassembly or special treatments are required, and the stainless steel finish does not need protective coatings.
The Novameta 2300-3 is part of a broader range of equipment shelves available in different sizes. Custom configurations can be produced to meet specific requirements, ensuring the shelf fits unique wall dimensions or operational layouts.
This shelf serves as a reliable storage solution for professional kitchens, food production areas, and industrial settings where durability, safety, and functionality are essential.
