A gastronorm container holder secures standardised food trays above a worktop or inside a rack, keeping them level and stable while they are filled, transported or stored. The system relies on a frame that matches the external dimensions of the tray, preventing movement and spillage during service. This method allows trays to be stacked or slid into place without tilting, so hot or liquid contents remain contained and staff can work without steadying each tray by hand.

The holder is loaded by sliding a 5GN 1/4 gastronorm tray into the frame from the front or side, depending on how the unit is mounted. Once the tray is seated, the holder keeps it at a fixed height, ready for portioning, garnishing or transport. When the tray is removed, the holder remains in place, leaving the work surface clear for the next task.

Constructed from stainless steel, the frame resists corrosion and withstands the weight of filled trays without bending. The dimensions of 847 mm wide, 300 mm deep and 200 mm high create a footprint that fits standard kitchen racking and worktops, allowing the holder to be positioned where space is tight or workflow demands.

Cleaning follows from the open frame: food debris is wiped or rinsed away without disassembly, and the stainless steel surface can be sanitised alongside the rest of the work area.
