This height-adjustable table allows staff to modify the work surface to suit different tasks, improving comfort and efficiency during shifts. The design eliminates the need for additional tables or stools, ensuring a consistent workflow at an ergonomic height.

Adjustment is simple: unlock the mechanism, move the platen to the desired height, and secure it in place. The table remains stable during use, whether for chopping, rolling, or assembling, and can be quickly reset for the next task.

Constructed with a welded tubular steel frame, the table features a durable powder-coated finish. This ensures safe storage of heavy equipment or bulk ingredients without overloading.

Height adjustment is controlled via a release lever or button on each side, with a secure lock to hold the platen in position. The gas-strut version operates without power, while an electric version may require connection.

With dimensions of 2700 mm by 600 mm, the table fits neatly against a wall or between other kitchen equipment. The 900 mm overall height accommodates standard under-counter storage and trolleys when raised, while still allowing comfortable access when lowered.

Maintenance is minimal: the powder-coated frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, and the stainless-steel platens are compatible with standard kitchen sanitisers. The sealed mechanism requires occasional lubrication of moving parts.
