A height adjustable worktable creates a worktop that moves to the operator's stance, eliminating fixed benches that force staff to bend or stretch. The table stands on a motorised frame that raises or lowers the surface in smooth strokes, so the same unit serves chefs of different heights, tasks that need standing or seated work, and workflows that change through the day. Adjustment is controlled by a simple switch, removing the need for manual cranks or levers that interrupt the cook's rhythm.
To use the table, the operator loads ingredients, tools or trays onto the stainless steel top. A press on the up or down button moves the surface to the chosen height; the motor stops automatically when the limit is reached. The table holds its position until the next adjustment, so the worktop stays stable while the chef works. When the task is finished, the surface can be lowered for cleaning or raised to clear floor space for other equipment.
The construction is a welded stainless steel frame with a solid worktop. The motor and gearbox are housed inside the legs, protected from splashes and knocks. The table's footprint of 3500 by 600 millimetres gives a long, narrow work surface that fits against a wall or between other kitchen units, maximising floor space in tight layouts. A height of 900 millimetres is the standard starting point, allowing the table to integrate with fixed benches and hobs without awkward steps or gaps.
The two top variants are sized for different kitchen loads: the 650 millimetre top is dimensioned for general food preparation, while the 700 millimetre top adds extra depth for bulkier items such as large trays or stacked containers. Both tops are specified with a tolerance that accounts for the weight of loaded equipment, ensuring the surface stays level under load.
Cleaning follows from the materials: the stainless steel top and frame are wiped with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, avoiding abrasives that could scratch the surface. The motor housing is sealed, so no internal maintenance is needed beyond keeping the switch and control panel free of grease and debris.
