A height adjustable worktable creates a stable surface at the exact working level a kitchen task demands. The table stands on a motorised or manual column that raises or lowers the top without tilting, so heavy trays, slicers or bain-maries stay level. Adjustable legs remove the need for fixed-height stands, letting one unit serve multiple stations: prep, plating, pastry or washing up. The mechanism is built into the frame, leaving the underside clear for storage or trolleys.
To use the table, the operator unlocks the column, sets the desired height, and locks it again. On motorised models the control panel moves the top up or down at a steady speed; on manual models a gas strut or crank raises the load. Once locked, the table holds its position until the next adjustment. The top remains flat and rigid under load, so liquids and utensils do not slide.
The Novameta BHS-RRV-90/60/90 is a stainless steel height adjustable table with a 900 mm by 600 mm footprint. Two interchangeable tops are supplied: a 650 mm high top rated for general prep work, and a 700 mm high top rated for service counters. The frame is constructed from welded stainless steel tubing, giving a rigid structure that resists twisting when the table is moved or loaded unevenly.
The table requires no specialised controls beyond the locking mechanism on the column. The height is set manually and secured before use.
The 900 mm by 600 mm footprint fits standard kitchen modules, allowing the table to slot into existing runs of worktops or stand alone. The overall height of 900 mm clears most under-counter cupboards and trolleys, while the adjustable tops let the surface match the ergonomic needs of different staff or tasks. The two load-rated tops open specific uses: the 650 mm top suits chopping and mixing, the 700 mm top suits plating and service.
Cleaning follows from the stainless steel construction. The top and frame are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent; the column is cleaned with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasives that could damage the locking mechanism. The tops are removable for thorough cleaning or replacement.
The table is supplied with two interchangeable tops, each rated for a different load and height.
