The operator mounts the brackets to the wall at the chosen height, then slides the shelves onto the brackets. Each shelf locks into place, forming a rigid frame that does not sway or sag under load. The shelves are loaded from front to back, with the heaviest items placed closest to the wall to keep the centre of gravity low and the unit stable. The 50 kg capacity per shelf allows bulk ingredients, large appliances or stacked containers to be stored without risk of collapse.

The shelf is constructed from stainless steel, a material that does not rust, does not absorb moisture and can be cleaned with commercial detergents. Controls are not required; the shelf is a static unit. Cleaning is straightforward: the shelves are wiped down with a damp cloth and detergent, and the open construction allows access to the underside and the brackets. The stainless steel finish resists staining and does not require protective coatings or special treatments.

Variants in length and width are available, and custom fabrication to individual drawings is offered for sites with non-standard layouts or specific technical requirements.
