BHS stainless steel wall shelf. Modular and durable construction, adjustable length and depth dimensions, manufacturing according to individual drawings and projects.
A wall-mounted shelf system organises ingredients, utensils and small equipment within arm's reach without occupying floor space. Two wall brackets transfer the load directly to the masonry or studwork, while the shelf itself provides a flat, stable surface that resists sagging under distributed weight. The open underside allows air to circulate, reducing condensation and simplifying cleaning beneath the unit.
The operator secures the brackets to the wall at the required height, ensuring they are level and properly spaced. The shelf is then lowered onto the brackets and locked in place with the integrated fasteners. Once mounted, items can be placed directly on the shelf; the 300 mm depth keeps everything visible and accessible without over-reaching. The system remains fixed in position, so there is no daily setup or adjustment.
The shelf and brackets are fabricated from stainless steel, chosen for its corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The surfaces are smooth and free of crevices, meeting hygiene standards in food-handling environments. Two wall brackets support the shelf, distributing the 50 kg maximum load evenly across the fixing points.
The 1000 mm length provides a metre-wide storage span, while the 300 mm depth keeps the projection from the wall compact. The 50 kg load rating indicates the total weight the shelf can safely hold when properly mounted to a solid wall. The 300 mm height dimension refers to the vertical clearance between the shelf surface and the underside of the brackets, leaving space for taller items if needed.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent; no disassembly is required. The absence of moving parts or electrical components eliminates maintenance beyond routine hygiene.
Variants include different lengths and depths to match specific room layouts and workflow requirements. Custom configurations can be manufactured from individual drawings or project specifications.
The LSX1-100/30/30 is categorised under professional wall-mounted storage systems for catering and food production environments.
