BHS stainless steel wall shelf. Modular and durable construction, adjustable length and depth dimensions, manufacturing according to individual drawings and projects.
A wall-mounted storage system fixes directly to vertical surfaces, freeing the worktop and floor while keeping heavy or frequently used items within arm's reach. The shelf is supported by brackets that transfer the weight to the wall, so the load rating depends on both the bracket strength and the wall fixings. Stainless steel is chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning, making it suitable for food-handling areas where hygiene is critical.
The LSX1-160/40/30 unit is supplied with one shelf and three wall brackets. The operator positions the brackets at measured intervals along the wall, secures them with fixings appropriate to the wall type, and then lowers the shelf onto the brackets. Once the shelf is level and locked in place, items up to the stated load capacity can be stored without sagging or instability.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, including the shelf, brackets and all fastening elements. The 1600 mm length provides a long continuous surface for storing trays, containers or equipment, while the 400 mm depth keeps items accessible without overhanging the worktop below. The 300 mm height dimension refers to the vertical clearance between the shelf and the wall, allowing items to be slid in and out without obstruction.
The 50 kg load capacity means the shelf can support heavy containers, bulk ingredients or small appliances without risk of deformation. The three-bracket design distributes the weight evenly, preventing concentrated stress on any single fixing point.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent; no crevices or joints trap food debris, so routine maintenance is quick and effective.
The LSX1 system is available in other lengths and depths, and Novameta offers custom fabrication to match specific kitchen layouts or project requirements.
