BHS stainless steel wall shelf. Modular and durable construction, adjustable length and depth dimensions, manufacturing according to individual drawings and projects.
A single-level wall-mounted shelf system that carries up to 50 kg of equipment, ingredients or utensils directly above the worktop. The shelf is fixed to the wall with three brackets, distributing the weight evenly and preventing sag even when fully loaded. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion, withstands frequent cleaning and meets hygiene standards for food-handling areas.
The shelf system is part of the LSX modular range, so additional shelves, brackets or accessories can be added later without replacing the entire unit. Each shelf is cut and finished to the exact dimensions required, allowing the system to fit between existing cupboards, hobs or extraction canopies. The 400 mm depth keeps items within easy reach while leaving enough clearance for wall-mounted taps or electrical outlets behind.
Installation begins by marking the bracket positions on the wall, ensuring they align with wall studs or suitable masonry fixings. Once the brackets are secured, the shelf is placed on top and fastened with the supplied stainless steel screws. The shelf surface is then ready to receive pots, trays, containers or small appliances. No tools are needed for daily use; items are simply placed on or lifted off the shelf.
The 1900 mm length spans a typical section of worktop, providing a continuous storage surface without gaps. The 300 mm height from the wall allows room for taller items such as stock pots or ingredient bins. Stainless steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent; no special cleaners or abrasives are required. The absence of sharp edges or crevices simplifies cleaning and reduces the risk of trapped food debris.
The 50 kg load capacity means the shelf can support a full gastronorm tray, several large mixing bowls or a row of spice jars without deformation. Stainless steel brackets and fixings are rated for the same load, ensuring the entire system remains stable over time. The system is available in other lengths and depths, and custom sizes can be manufactured to match specific kitchen layouts or project drawings.
Designed for professional kitchens, food production facilities and technical rooms where space is limited but durability is essential.
