BHS stainless steel wall shelf. Modular and durable construction, adjustable length and depth dimensions, manufacturing according to individual drawings and projects.
The stainless-steel shelves keep ingredients and tools within arm's reach while freeing the worktop for uninterrupted prep or plating. The LSX2-210/50/60 unit uses three sturdy brackets to anchor the shelves to the wall, transferring the weight directly into the building structure rather than relying on legs or a base. This arrangement leaves the area beneath the shelves completely clear, allowing staff to move freely and equipment to be positioned without obstruction. Each shelf acts as a rigid platform that supports ingredients, utensils or small appliances. The flat stainless-steel surface spreads the load evenly, preventing sagging or deformation under the stated capacity. Because the shelves are fixed at a constant height, items placed on them remain within easy reach, reducing the need to bend or stretch during service. To install the system, the three wall brackets are first secured to the wall at the required spacing. Each shelf clicks onto its bracket and stays flush under full load, so pans and trays slide on and off without wobble or tilt. Once mounted, the unit requires no further adjustment; the shelves remain level and stable throughout use. Operators simply place or remove items as needed, keeping frequently used supplies within arm's reach while maintaining a tidy workspace. The construction consists of stainless steel throughout, including the shelves, brackets and all fixing hardware. Stainless steel resists corrosion from moisture, steam and cleaning chemicals, ensuring the system remains hygienic and structurally sound over time. The smooth surfaces allow quick wiping and sanitising, meeting the strict cleanliness standards of professional kitchens and food-production environments. Three wall brackets support the two shelves, distributing the load across multiple fixing points for added stability. Each shelf is rated to carry up to 50 kg, provided the wall fixings are suitable for the combined weight. The overall dimensions of 2100 mm in length, 500 mm in depth and 600 mm in height create a compact footprint that fits above standard worktops or counters without encroaching on headroom. The 2100 mm length offers ample linear storage for trays, containers or bulk ingredients. The 500 mm depth allows items to be placed safely without overhang, while the 600 mm height between the floor and the lower shelf provides clearance for most under-shelf equipment. The system is modular, so additional shelves or brackets can be added later if more storage levels are required. Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, then drying to prevent water spots. No disassembly is necessary; the smooth construction has no crevices where dirt or bacteria can accumulate. The LSX2-210/50/60 is one of several standard sizes in the Novameta LSX range. Other lengths and depths are available to match different room layouts, and the manufacturer also produces custom units based on individual drawings or site measurements.
