A wall-mounted storage system creates two fixed work levels above a counter or preparation area without occupying floor space. The LSX2-249/50/60 unit uses three sturdy brackets to carry two stainless steel shelves, keeping ingredients, utensils or small appliances within arm's reach while maintaining a clear worktop below.

The principle is simple: vertical space is converted into accessible storage by cantilevering shelves from the wall. Each shelf is supported at three points, distributing the weight evenly and preventing sag. The cantilever design leaves the area beneath the shelves free for other equipment or movement, a critical advantage in tight professional kitchens where every metre of floor space is contested.

To install, the three wall brackets are first fixed to solid masonry or a reinforced partition. The shelves are then slotted onto the brackets and secured. Once in place, each shelf can hold up to 50 kg of evenly distributed load. The operator loads items directly onto the shelves, organising them by frequency of use: daily essentials on the lower shelf, less frequently accessed items on the upper one.

Construction is entirely in stainless steel, including the shelves, brackets and all fasteners. Stainless steel resists corrosion from moisture and cleaning chemicals, does not absorb odours or bacteria, and withstands the high temperatures and humidity typical of professional kitchens. The surfaces are smooth and seamless, allowing quick wipe-downs and meeting strict food-safety regulations.

The system is supplied as a complete kit: two shelves, three wall brackets and all necessary fixings. No additional components are required for standard installation. The controls are the fixings themselves: once tightened, they lock the shelves in position and determine the final stability.

A load capacity of 50 kg per shelf means the unit can support bulk ingredients, stacked crockery or small countertop appliances without risk of deformation. The 2490 mm length provides ample linear storage for long trays or multiple containers side by side, while the 500 mm depth keeps items within easy reach without overhanging the worktop below. The 600 mm overall height creates two usable levels while keeping the upper shelf accessible to staff of average height.

Cleaning is straightforward: shelves and brackets are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. No disassembly is needed, and the stainless steel finish prevents staining or pitting from regular sanitising.

Variants of the LSX2 system are available in different lengths and depths, allowing the same two-tier configuration to be matched to specific room layouts. Custom sizes can also be manufactured to order, following individual drawings or site surveys.
