A wall-mounted storage system organises ingredients, utensils and small equipment above the worktop without claiming floor space. Three horizontal shelves, each supported by wall brackets, create separate levels so that items are kept apart, easy to see and quick to reach. The vertical clearance between shelves allows trays, containers and taller packages to stand upright, preventing spills and damage. Because the shelves are fixed to the wall, the load is transferred directly to the building structure, giving a stable platform that does not sway or sag under repeated use.

The operator loads each shelf from the front, placing items directly on the stainless-steel surface. There are no doors or drawers to open, so access is immediate and the full depth of the shelf is usable. The 2200 mm length provides a continuous run that can be filled end to end, while the 500 mm depth keeps everything within arm's reach. A 50 kg capacity per shelf accommodates bulk ingredients, stacked containers or heavier appliances such as mixers or scales. The three brackets distribute the weight evenly, preventing bowing and ensuring the shelf remains level over time.

Stainless steel is chosen for its resistance to moisture, heat and cleaning chemicals. The surface does not corrode, stain or absorb odours, meeting the hygiene standards of professional kitchens. There are no crevices or joints where food debris can collect, so wiping with a damp cloth is sufficient for daily upkeep. The brackets and fixings are also stainless steel, matching the durability of the shelves.

The system is supplied as three shelves and three wall brackets, ready for installation. Each bracket is positioned to align with the shelf above and below, creating a single rigid unit. The 900 mm overall height fits beneath standard overhead cupboards and extractor canopies, leaving headroom for safe movement. Because the shelves are open, air circulates freely, reducing condensation and keeping stored items dry.

A 2200 mm length suits long runs of worktop or wall space between doors and corners. The 50 kg load rating per shelf indicates the circuit it can be installed on: a solid masonry or stud wall capable of supporting the combined weight of shelves, brackets and stored items. The 500 mm depth keeps the centre of gravity close to the wall, minimising leverage on the fixings.
