BHS stainless steel wall shelf. Modular and durable construction, adjustable length and depth dimensions, manufacturing according to individual drawings and projects.
A wall-mounted storage system organises ingredients, utensils and small equipment above the worktop without occupying floor space. Two sturdy brackets anchor the unit to the wall, while three horizontal shelves distribute the load evenly across the structure. The open design allows air to circulate freely, preventing condensation and simplifying cleaning between shelves.
Each shelf supports up to 50 kg, enabling the storage of heavy containers, bulk ingredients or stacked crockery. The stainless-steel construction resists corrosion from moisture, steam and frequent sanitising, meeting the hygiene standards of professional kitchens and food-production areas. The smooth, non-porous surfaces shed food debris and grease, so wiping with a damp cloth restores a clean finish.
The operator installs the brackets first, ensuring they are level and securely fixed to the wall. The shelves then slot onto the brackets and lock into place, creating a stable three-tier unit. Items are loaded from the front, with heavier goods placed on the lower shelves to keep the centre of gravity low and the structure balanced.
The 600 mm length, 500 mm depth and 900 mm height create a compact footprint that fits above most worktops or between existing equipment. The two-bracket design spreads the load across the wall, reducing stress on any single fixing point. Stainless steel is used throughout, including the brackets and shelf supports, for consistent strength and corrosion resistance.
The system is available in other lengths and depths to match specific room layouts. Custom configurations can be manufactured to individual drawings, allowing precise integration with existing kitchen workflows.
Cleaning involves wiping the shelves and brackets with a damp cloth and mild detergent; no disassembly is required. The absence of corners or crevices simplifies maintenance and reduces the risk of trapped food particles.
The LSX3-60/50/90 is part of the Novameta modular shelving range, designed for professional catering and food-production environments.
