A triple-tier wall shelf from Novameta creates organised storage above worktops, hobs or sinks without taking floor space. Each shelf is fixed to the wall with brackets, leaving the area beneath free for trolleys, bins or foot traffic. The three tiers allow raw ingredients, crockery and utensils to be separated by height, reducing cross-contamination and speeding up service.

The shelf relies on the strength of the wall and the rigidity of the brackets. Once secured, each tier supports its load independently, so the weight on one shelf does not affect the others. The brackets transfer the load directly to the wall, preventing sag and keeping the shelves level even when fully loaded.

To install, mark the fixing points on the wall, drill and insert suitable anchors. The brackets are then bolted to the wall, and the shelves are slotted onto the brackets. No tools are needed for the final assembly of the shelves themselves. Once in place, the shelves are ready to receive plates, containers or ingredients straight away.

The construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for its resistance to corrosion in humid kitchen environments. The material does not absorb moisture, odours or bacteria, and it withstands frequent cleaning with hot water and detergents.

Each shelf measures 1100 mm in length, 300 mm in depth and the unit stands 999 mm high. The 300 mm depth is standard for catering workstations, matching the depth of most worktops and allowing items to be slid on and off without overhang. The 1100 mm length provides a continuous run for multiple containers or trays, while the 999 mm height keeps the top shelf within reach of most operators without a step.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the shelves with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The open construction and smooth surfaces prevent dirt from accumulating, and the stainless steel does not require protective coatings or special treatments. Regular wiping maintains hygiene and appearance without downtime.

The shelf is supplied as a single unit comprising three shelves and the corresponding brackets. No additional parts or accessories are required for installation.
