The principle is simple: a rigid frame on lockable castors lets the table glide between the wash-up area and the dishwasher without lifting. The flat top provides a stable staging point for stacking plates, bowls and utensils before they enter the machine, reducing the number of trips and the risk of breakage. The grid shelf below holds clean or soiled racks, so the operator can slide them directly into the dishwasher without bending.

To use the table, position it next to the dishwasher. Pull a length of paper from either roll and tear it off to cover the worktop or wrap cutlery. Load soiled items onto the paper-lined surface, scrape or pre-rinse as needed, then transfer them to the dishwasher rack. When the cycle finishes, pull the rack onto the grid shelf to drain before unloading.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for hygiene and resistance to water and cleaning chemicals. The frame is welded for strength, and the castors are fitted with brakes to hold the table in place during loading. The paper-roll holders are mounted on the underside of the worktop, keeping the surface clear.

The only control is the brake lever on each castor, which locks the wheels to prevent movement while the table is in use.

A length of 1400 mm gives space for two dishwasher racks side by side, while the 600 mm width keeps the unit narrow enough to pass through standard kitchen doorways. The 900 mm height matches most commercial dishwashers, so racks slide on and off without lifting. The table's weight allows one person to move it when empty, but the castors are rated for the load of stacked dishes and racks.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and sanitiser, and replace the paper rolls when they run out. The grid shelf can be lifted off for deeper cleaning if needed.
