Novameta mobile table for dishwasher loading BHS-MPSO-80/60/90

A mobile worktop on castors brings racks of soiled dishes from the wash-up area to the dishwasher without lifting. The table rolls on four swivel castors, two of them locking, so it stays in place while trays are transferred.

The surface is organised with a combination of long and short rollers that guide dish racks along the length of the table. A grid shelf beneath provides a second tier for stacking plates or cutlery baskets, keeping the worktop clear for the next rack. The layout lets staff slide racks directly onto the dishwasher conveyor or into the machine's hood without carrying them.

The operator loads the table with racks from the wash-up station, wheels it to the dishwasher, locks the castors, and slides each rack onto the machine's rollers or lift. After the cycle, the empty racks return to the table and are wheeled back to the wash-up area for reloading.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, with a tubular frame and a solid worktop. The grid shelf is removable for cleaning. The table's footprint of 800 mm by 600 mm fits between standard kitchen runs and dishwashers, while the 900 mm height matches most commercial dishwasher infeeds.

Cleaning is a wipe-down of the stainless steel surfaces and a rinse of the grid shelf. The rollers and castors are designed for daily contact with water and detergent.

The table is supplied as a single unit with no variants.
