A modular shelving unit creates organised storage space in a professional kitchen by holding ingredients, utensils and equipment on open shelves. The shelves rest on vertical posts, allowing the operator to adjust shelf height or add extra shelves as storage needs change. This flexibility keeps work surfaces clear and items within easy reach, reducing time spent searching for supplies during service.

The unit stands on adjustable feet that level the shelves on uneven floors, preventing items from rolling or sliding. Each shelf supports up to 120 kg, accommodating bulk supplies, heavy pots or stacked trays without sagging. The open design allows air to circulate around stored items, helping to maintain consistent temperatures and reduce condensation.

Assembly begins by positioning the vertical posts at the required spacing. Shelves are then slotted into place at the desired height, secured by clips or brackets.
