| NOTES | 4 legs |
An open-frame support raises catering equipment off the floor, creating a stable work surface at standard worktop height. Four legs carry the load directly to the floor without side panels or cupboards, leaving the space beneath clear for cleaning and for mobile trolleys to pass. The open construction also allows air to circulate freely around appliances placed on top, preventing heat build-up that can shorten equipment life or affect food safety.
The frame is assembled on site: the operator positions the four legs, slides the horizontal rails into place and secures them with the supplied fixings. Once levelled, the frame accepts a worktop, a mobile stand or a piece of counter-top equipment such as a bain-marie, a hot-cupboard or a refrigerated display. The height adjustment on each leg lets the installer match the finished surface to adjacent worktops or to the ergonomic height of the kitchen staff.
Construction is mild-steel square tubing, finished in a durable powder coat. The four legs stand on adjustable feet that compensate for uneven floors and prevent the frame from rocking. No side panels, shelves or doors are fitted, keeping the footprint to the stated 600 mm by 650 mm and allowing the frame to be positioned against a wall or in the centre of a work aisle.
The height range of 835 mm to 900 mm places the work surface at a comfortable standing height for most adults, reducing fatigue during long service periods. The footprint of 600 mm by 650 mm fits within the standard kitchen module, so the frame can be installed alongside existing workstations without disrupting workflow.
Cleaning is straightforward: the open design allows a mop or pressure washer to reach every surface, and the powder-coated finish resists moisture and detergents. Regular checks of the adjustable feet ensure the frame remains level and stable over time.
