A wall-mounted shelf creates dry, accessible storage above the worktop without taking floor space. The shelf is fixed to the wall with brackets, leaving the area below free for trolleys, bins or mobile equipment. In a professional kitchen this keeps ingredients, utensils and small appliances within reach while keeping the work surface clear for preparation.

The shelf is loaded from the front; weight is transferred through the brackets to the wall. A single shelf gives one level of storage, so items are visible and easy to retrieve without stacking or moving other containers. The flat surface allows trays, boxes and loose items to be organised side by side.

To install, mark the bracket positions on the wall, drill and fix with suitable anchors. The shelf is then lifted onto the brackets and secured. Once mounted, the operator loads the shelf with containers, jars, tins or loose ingredients up to the stated weight limit. Items can be rearranged or removed without disturbing the shelf itself.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for resistance to moisture, heat and cleaning chemicals. The shelf has no moving parts, so upkeep is limited to wiping the surface with a damp cloth and detergent to remove dust and spills. No disassembly is required for cleaning.

The 1200 mm length provides a long run of storage, while the 500 mm depth allows two rows of standard gastronorm containers or a single row of deeper boxes. The 330 mm height from the wall to the underside of the shelf gives clearance for most containers and small appliances. The 40 kg load rating means the shelf can hold bulk ingredients, sealed tins or small equipment without sagging.
