A single wall shelf provides a fixed horizontal surface mounted directly to the wall, freeing the floor and worktop space beneath it. The shelf is loaded by placing items along its length, distributing the weight evenly to stay within the stated capacity. Once mounted, the shelf remains in place, offering continuous access without the need to move or adjust it. Cleaning involves wiping the surface and checking the brackets for tightness, as loose fixings can reduce the safe load.

Constructed from stainless steel, the shelf resists corrosion and staining from moisture, grease and cleaning chemicals. The material is non-porous, so it does not absorb odours or harbour bacteria, making it suitable for food-contact storage in professional kitchens.

The shelf measures 1700 mm in length, 300 mm in depth and 333 mm in height from the wall. A length of 1700 mm allows the shelf to span the width of a standard workstation or appliance run, while a depth of 300 mm provides enough space for large trays, containers or stacked plates without overhang. The height of 333 mm sets the distance from the wall to the underside of the shelf, determining clearance for items stored below.

The load capacity of 40 kg means the shelf can hold multiple filled gastronorm containers, bulk ingredients or small appliances without risk of bending or detachment. This capacity is based on even distribution; concentrated loads may exceed the safe limit.

The shelf is supplied as a single unit without additional shelves or accessories. Mounting hardware is not included, as the type of wall and fixings required vary by installation.
