A single wall shelf provides a fixed horizontal surface that bolts directly to vertical studs or masonry. The shelf carries dry goods, crockery, small appliances or prepped ingredients without taking floor space, keeping worktops clear for active tasks. Load is transferred through the brackets into the wall, so the shelf itself needs only enough strength to span between supports and resist sagging under its rated weight.
The operator mounts the shelf at a convenient working height, typically above a worktop or under an extractor canopy. Once fixed, the shelf is loaded from the front, with heavier items placed closest to the wall to reduce bending moment. Items are retrieved by hand without tools or moving parts, so access is immediate and silent.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, formed into a single continuous tray with turned-down edges. The turned edge stiffens the tray against bending and contains spills or dropped items. No welds or joints appear on the visible surface, so cleaning is a single wipe across a smooth plane. The underside is open, allowing air circulation and preventing condensation.
Overall dimensions are 2200 mm long, 300 mm deep and 333 mm high. The 2200 mm length spans between two wall brackets, creating a single uninterrupted shelf. The 300 mm depth gives enough room for standard gastronorm trays or stacked plates while keeping the shelf within easy reach. The 333 mm height is the vertical clearance from the bottom of the tray to the underside of any overhanging equipment.
The shelf is rated to a 40 kg evenly distributed load. This rating means the shelf will not permanently deform or detach from the wall when carrying that weight continuously. It does not require the load to be spread in any particular pattern, but concentrated loads such as a single heavy appliance should be placed over a bracket to avoid local over-stress.
Cleaning is a wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The stainless steel surface resists corrosion and staining, so no protective coating is needed. The open underside prevents dirt traps and allows inspection without removing the shelf.
This is the single-shelf variant; no other configurations are listed for this article.
