A single wall shelf provides a fixed horizontal surface that bolts directly to vertical studs or masonry. The shelf carries its load in pure tension and compression, transferring the weight straight to the wall structure without relying on legs or a floor frame. This method keeps the floor clear, simplifies cleaning underneath and allows the shelf to span long distances without sagging, provided the wall fixings are correctly placed and the wall itself is strong enough to support the intended load.

The operator mounts the shelf by marking the fixing points on the wall, drilling pilot holes, inserting wall plugs and securing the shelf with the supplied screws or bolts. Once fixed, the shelf is ready to receive containers, trays or loose items up to its stated capacity. No further adjustment is needed; the shelf remains rigid and level as long as the fixings hold.

Constructed from stainless steel, the shelf resists corrosion, staining and heat, making it suitable for humid or high-temperature environments such as kitchens, larders and wash-up areas. The material is non-porous, so it does not absorb odours or harbour bacteria, and it can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitising agents without damage.

The 2400 mm length creates a continuous run of storage along a wall, allowing multiple items to be organised side by side without gaps. The 300 mm depth provides enough space for standard gastronorm trays or bulk containers while keeping the shelf within easy reach of an adult standing in front of it. The 333 mm height from the wall to the top surface sets the vertical position of the shelf, determining how much clearance remains above it for other fixtures or for stacking taller items.

Cleaning involves wiping the shelf surface with a damp cloth and a mild detergent to remove spills and dust. The absence of legs or under-shelf obstructions means there are no hidden crevices where dirt can accumulate, reducing the time needed for daily upkeep.
