A single wall shelf creates an extra worktop-level surface without taking floor space. It mounts directly to the wall with brackets, leaving the area beneath clear for trolleys, bins or other equipment. The shelf itself is a flat metal tray that holds ingredients, small appliances or utensils within easy reach of the chef. Because it is open on all sides, air circulates freely, keeping stored items cooler and drier than inside a closed cupboard.

The shelf is loaded from the front. Items are placed on the flat surface and pushed back to the wall if needed. The 300 mm depth allows two rows of standard gastronorm containers side by side, or a single row of deeper containers. The 800 mm width gives room for multiple items without crowding. The 40 kg load rating means the shelf can hold a full stock of dry goods, small appliances or stacked plates without sagging or risking the fixings.

Construction is a single metal tray with turned-down edges to prevent items sliding off. The tray is fixed to the wall with brackets supplied separately. The shelf has no moving parts, no controls and no electrical supply.

The 800 mm width matches standard kitchen module sizes, so the shelf aligns with worktops, hobs and other equipment. The 330 mm height is chosen so the shelf sits just above head height for most staff, keeping stored items visible and accessible without obstructing movement. The 300 mm depth is shallow enough to reach the back without stretching, yet deep enough to hold standard catering containers.
