A stainless steel catering table with three integrated sinks provides a hygienic, organised work surface for food preparation, washing and draining in professional kitchens. The solid worktop holds ingredients, utensils and equipment while the sinks below allow continuous rinsing, soaking or waste disposal without interrupting the workflow. Adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors, keeping the surface level and stable under load.
The table is built as a single unit from AISI 304 stainless steel, a grade chosen for its resistance to corrosion, staining and high temperatures. The material does not react with food acids or cleaning chemicals, so it maintains hygiene standards over years of daily use. Welded seams eliminate gaps where dirt or bacteria could collect, and reinforced edges prevent flexing when heavy pots or trays are placed on the worktop. The sinks are deep enough to submerge large pans yet shallow enough to allow easy access for scrubbing and rinsing.
To use the table, the operator loads ingredients or equipment onto the worktop, fills the sinks with water or cleaning solution as needed, and adjusts the feet until the surface is level. During service, the sinks are used for washing vegetables, soaking utensils or draining cooked food, while the worktop holds prepped items ready for the next stage. After service, the sinks are emptied, scrubbed and rinsed, and the worktop is wiped down with sanitiser.
The construction is entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, with welded seams and reinforced edges. The feet are adjustable in height by up to 40 mm to suit uneven floors. Each sink measures 400 mm by 400 mm with a depth of 250 mm, providing space for large pans and utensils.
The overall dimensions of 1800 mm length, 600 mm width and 850 mm height create a substantial work surface that fits standard kitchen layouts. The 1800 mm length accommodates multiple tasks side by side, while the 600 mm depth allows comfortable reach across the sinks and worktop. The 850 mm height is standard for professional worktops, matching the height of other equipment for a continuous workflow.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surface is wiped with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each use, and the sinks are scrubbed with a non-abrasive brush and detergent. The welded seams and smooth finish prevent dirt from accumulating, so daily cleaning maintains hygiene without specialised tools.
Variants include screw-fitted and foldable models, allowing the table to be dismantled or reconfigured for storage or transport. Custom sizes and designs are available on consultation with Novameta specialists.
