An equipment shelf holds professional appliances and utensils off the worktop or floor, keeping them accessible while freeing counter space. The unit stands on two wall brackets that transfer the weight to the wall structure, allowing the shelves to carry heavier loads than a free-standing rack of the same size. Stainless steel construction resists moisture, grease and cleaning chemicals, making the shelf suitable for environments where hygiene is critical.

The operator mounts the two wall brackets to the wall at the required height, ensuring they are level and securely fixed into the wall structure. The three shelves are then placed onto the brackets, evenly distributing the load across the full width. Once assembled, the shelf provides three horizontal surfaces for placing appliances, containers or ingredients without overloading any single point.

The shelf is made of stainless steel throughout, including the brackets and shelf surfaces. Each shelf measures 1000 mm wide, 400 mm deep and the overall height from floor to top shelf is 999 mm. The 50 kg load capacity applies to the entire unit when the weight is evenly distributed across all three shelves.

The two wall brackets determine the maximum load the shelf can carry; exceeding 50 kg risks deformation or detachment. The 1000 mm width allows the shelf to span between standard kitchen wall studs, while the 400 mm depth keeps appliances within easy reach without overhanging into walkways. The 999 mm overall height positions the top shelf at a comfortable working level for most operators.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, removing grease and food residues. The open construction without hidden corners or crevices simplifies maintenance and prevents dirt accumulation.
