The shelf is fixed to the wall with brackets, transferring the weight of the load directly to the building structure rather than to the floor. The operator mounts the two wall brackets to a solid wall at the required height, then slides the three shelves into place. Each shelf is loaded with appliances, containers or ingredients up to the stated capacity. The shelves remain accessible from both sides, allowing staff to retrieve or replace items without moving others.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to moisture, corrosion and daily wear in commercial environments. The material does not absorb odours or harbour bacteria, meeting hygiene standards in food production and preparation areas. The shelves are flat and rigid, preventing sag even when fully loaded.

The two wall brackets provide secure anchorage, ensuring the unit remains level and stable during use.

Cleaning is straightforward: the shelves are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and the smooth stainless steel surface allows quick drying. No moving parts or crevices reduce the risk of dirt accumulation.
