A stainless steel triple-sink worktable consolidates washing, rinsing and sanitising into a single unit, freeing the kitchen floor of separate basins. Three adjacent sinks let staff move items through the stages without lifting them from the worktop, while the extended surface on either side provides space for stacking, draining or prepping. The worktable stands on adjustable legs, allowing it to sit level on uneven floors or to match the height of existing counters and hobs.
The unit is built as a continuous stainless steel assembly: the worktop, sinks and undershelf are welded into a single frame that resists warping and simplifies cleaning. AISI 304 stainless steel is chosen for its balance of corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, ensuring the surface withstands daily exposure to water, detergents and impacts from pots and utensils. The sinks themselves are deep enough to submerge large trays yet narrow enough to leave ample worktop on either side for stacking or prepping.
To use the worktable, staff adjust the legs to the desired height, then connect the sinks to the existing plumbing via the tap holes provided. Each sink is filled with water at the required temperature—cold for washing, warm for rinsing, hot for sanitising—while the worktop remains clear for stacking incoming items. Items are moved from sink to sink in sequence, with the undershelf holding clean towels, brushes or chemicals within arm's reach. Once the cycle is complete, the sinks are drained and the worktop wiped down, leaving the surface ready for the next batch.
The construction is entirely welded and reinforced, with no seams or crevices where food debris can accumulate. The legs are adjustable in height by up to 40 mm, allowing the unit to adapt to sloping floors or to align with adjacent counters. The worktable measures 1700 mm in length, 600 mm in width and 850 mm in height, providing a footprint that fits standard kitchen aisles while offering three sinks of 400 mm, 400 mm and 250 mm respectively. The width of 600 mm ensures the unit can pass through standard doorways during installation, while the height of 850 mm places the worktop at a comfortable working level for standing staff.
Cleaning is confined to the stainless steel surfaces: the worktop, sinks and undershelf are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service, while the legs and frame require only occasional dusting. The absence of joints or fasteners eliminates areas where grime can collect, reducing the time spent on deep cleaning. The adjustable legs should be checked periodically to ensure they remain tight and level, preventing wobble during use.
Variants of the worktable are available, including screw-fitted and foldable models for kitchens with space constraints or temporary setups. Custom dimensions and designs can be produced to order, allowing the unit to integrate with existing layouts or to accommodate specific workflows.
