A wall-mounted storage cabinet keeps worktops clear and ingredients or utensils within reach without occupying floor space. The unit is fixed to the wall at a convenient height, leaving the area beneath free for trolleys, bins or additional work surfaces. Two hinged doors open to reveal a single adjustable shelf, so items can be grouped by frequency of use or by type.

The cabinet is built entirely of stainless steel, a material chosen for its resistance to moisture, grease and frequent cleaning. Stainless steel does not absorb odours, does not corrode and can be sanitised with commercial detergents without losing its finish. The smooth surfaces and rounded corners simplify wiping down after service.

To use the cabinet, the operator loads the shelf with the items to be stored, closes the doors and secures them with the integral latch. The doors swing on hinges that are sealed to prevent dirt ingress and are designed to remain free-moving even when the cabinet is fully loaded. An adjustable shelf clip system allows the shelf to be repositioned or removed for cleaning.

Construction is all-welded stainless steel with a brushed finish. The doors are fitted with full-length hinges and a single central latch. No internal lighting or electrical components are present.

The overall dimensions of 1100 mm wide, 300 mm deep and 600 mm high determine the space the cabinet occupies on the wall and the volume available for storage. The depth of 300 mm is sufficient for standard trays, boxes and stacked plates without projecting too far into the aisle. The height of 600 mm places the shelf at a comfortable working level when the cabinet is mounted at standard worktop height.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The shelf and its supports can be lifted out for separate cleaning. Hinges and the latch should be checked periodically for smooth operation and wiped to remove any accumulated grease.
