BHS stainless steel wall cabinet with sliding doors. Durable construction, designed for wall mounting, available in various sizes – a reliable and practical solution for kitchens where order, hygiene, and work efficiency are essential.
2 doors
A wall-mounted storage cabinet with sliding doors keeps worktops and floors clear while holding kitchen tools, crockery or ingredients within arm's reach. The doors run on horizontal tracks fixed to the top and bottom of the frame; they never swing out, so the cabinet can be placed against a wall, in a corner or between other units without losing access. Inside, a single shelf divides the space into two levels, letting the operator group items by size or frequency of use without stacking them on top of each other.
To load the cabinet, the operator slides one or both doors to the side, places items on the shelf or the base, then closes the doors again. The doors can be opened individually or together, so a single hand can reach in while the other holds the item. Because the doors do not project, the cabinet can be installed above a worktop or below a shelf without blocking movement along the line.
The cabinet is built from stainless steel sheet formed into a box section frame and welded panels. The sliding tracks are recessed into the top and bottom edges, keeping the exterior flush and easy to wipe. The shelf is a flat stainless steel plate that rests on brackets fixed to the side walls; it can be removed for cleaning or repositioned if taller items must be stored.
Two sliding doors are fitted, each covering half the front opening. The doors are made from the same stainless steel sheet as the body, with folded edges for stiffness and a smooth finish that resists fingerprints.
The 1000 mm width provides storage for standard gastronorm trays or multiple stacks of plates and bowls. The 400 mm depth keeps the cabinet shallow enough to reach the back without stretching, while the 600 mm height fits below most extractor canopies or wall shelves. The stainless steel construction resists moisture, grease and cleaning chemicals, so the cabinet can be wiped down daily without rusting or staining.
Cleaning is limited to the parts the entry names: the stainless steel body, the sliding doors and the removable shelf. The operator wipes the exterior and interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dries them to prevent water marks. The shelf is lifted out, washed separately and replaced. The sliding tracks are brushed or vacuumed to remove dust or crumbs that could impede the doors.
Other sizes are available in the same construction and finish, allowing the cabinet to be matched to the available wall space or storage volume required.
