A wall-mounted storage cabinet keeps work surfaces clear and ingredients or utensils within reach without occupying floor space. The unit is fixed to the wall at a convenient height, leaving the area beneath free for trolleys or cleaning. Three hinged doors open to reveal a single shelf, allowing items to be grouped by use or frequency so that everything is visible and accessible at once.

The cabinet is loaded by placing items on the shelf or hanging them from hooks on the back panel. Each door swings on concealed hinges and closes with a soft-action catch, keeping contents secure and reducing noise. The operator sets nothing; the doors simply open and shut as needed.

The construction is entirely stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to moisture, grease and frequent cleaning. The outer skin is a single sheet folded and welded at the corners, while the shelf and back panel are solid sheets mounted on adjustable brackets. No seams or fasteners are exposed inside, so there are no crevices where dirt can collect.

The three doors are full-height, each covering one third of the front. They are mounted on continuous piano hinges that run the full length of the cabinet, distributing weight evenly and preventing sag over time.

The overall dimensions of 1600 mm wide, 400 mm deep and 600 mm high create a footprint that fits above most worktops and below standard overhead ducting. The 400 mm depth allows plates or trays to be stored without overhang, while the 600 mm height provides enough vertical space for stacked containers or tall bottles. The weight of the empty cabinet is carried by wall brackets, so the load on the wall must be calculated for the intended contents.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The stainless steel surface does not require sealing or polishing, and the absence of internal corners or ledges means there are no areas that need special attention. The shelf can be removed for thorough cleaning if required.
