The table is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant alloy that withstands frequent washing, food acids and kitchen humidity. The frame and shelves are welded for strength and rigidity, and the adjustable feet are made of durable plastic or metal to resist wear.

Height adjustment is controlled by threaded feet at each corner, allowing the operator to raise or lower the worktop by up to 40 mm to match adjacent counters or hobs.

An 800 mm width fits standard kitchen modules and leaves room for movement in a busy work aisle. The 600 mm depth keeps everything within arm's reach while allowing two people to work side by side. The 900 mm height matches most worktops and hobs, creating a continuous surface for food preparation.

The table is cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. The stainless steel surface resists staining and does not absorb odours, and the open frame allows easy access to the underside for thorough cleaning. The shelves are removable for deep cleaning if required.
