A stainless-steel worktable built to hold a plastic cutting board flush with the surface, giving a seamless worktop for chopping, slicing and portioning without shifting the board. The table provides a flat, rigid top reinforced by a welded frame beneath. Legs and cross-braces are made of square-section stainless-steel tube, chosen for strength and resistance to corrosion in a busy kitchen. Adjustable feet at each corner allow the table to be levelled on uneven floors, keeping the cutting surface stable and preventing liquids from pooling. To use the table, the operator places a 300 mm or 400 mm plastic board into the recessed area on the top. The recess is sized to match the board width, so the board sits securely without sliding. Once the board is in place, the worktop becomes a continuous, hygienic surface for food preparation. When the task is finished, the board can be lifted out for cleaning or replacement. The construction uses 40×40 mm stainless-steel tube for the legs and 40×20 mm or 25×25 mm tube for the frame, welded into a single unit for rigidity. Adjustable feet have a 65 mm range, allowing the table to be raised or lowered by 30 mm above or 35 mm below the nominal height. The table is designed for plastic boards 20 mm or 30 mm thick; these are not supplied with the table. Controls are limited to the adjustable feet, which are set once during installation to level the table. No electrical or mechanical settings are required for normal use. A footprint of 1600×700 mm gives a generous work area while fitting within standard kitchen layouts. The 900 mm height matches typical worktop heights in professional kitchens, allowing staff to work comfortably without bending. The welded frame and stainless-steel construction mean the table can be moved with a pallet truck or trolley, but it is not designed to be carried by hand. Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser, and the plastic board is removed for separate cleaning. The stainless-steel feet let you fine-tune the height so the cutting board sits flush with your other work surfaces, keeping every chop and slide smooth. Two variants are available for the plastic board thickness: 20 mm or 30 mm. The table itself is the same in both cases; only the board thickness changes. The table is listed in the Novameta catalogue under worktop equipment for food preparation.
