A stainless steel worktable with an undershelf provides a rigid, hygienic surface for food preparation, plating and assembly while keeping tools and ingredients within reach below the worktop.

The table's frame supports the load on four legs, each fitted with an adjustable foot that levels the worktop on uneven floors. A single shelf beneath the worktop holds trays, containers or small appliances without cluttering the main surface. The open underside allows air to circulate, preventing moisture build-up and making cleaning straightforward.

To set up, position the table where it is needed, adjust each leg until the worktop is level, then load the shelf with the items the kitchen uses most often. The worktop itself is kept clear for chopping, mixing or plating, while the shelf below stores scales, bowls or ingredients ready for the next task.

The table is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant alloy that withstands frequent washing and contact with food acids. The surface is smooth and seamless, so spills and debris do not collect in crevices. The legs and shelf are welded to the frame for rigidity, and the adjustable feet are threaded to allow fine-tuning of height.

Height can be altered by up to 40 mm to match existing worktops or to suit the operator's preference. The overall dimensions of 700 mm length, 600 mm width and 900 mm height create a compact footprint that fits between other kitchen units or against a wall.

Cleaning involves wiping the worktop and shelf with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service, then drying to prevent water marks. The open underside and smooth welds mean there are no hidden corners where dirt can accumulate.
