The width can be specified as 650 mm with a tolerance of plus 6.5% or 700 mm with a tolerance of plus 10%, allowing the table to be tailored to the available space without sacrificing stability.

Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser, and the absence of seams or crevices prevents dirt from accumulating. The adjustable feet can be removed for thorough cleaning underneath, and the shelf can be lifted out if deeper access is required.
