This stainless steel table at worktop height connects manual scraping to the dishwasher's rack conveyor. The surface features two sets of rollers: one set spans the full length for large trays, while the other keeps smaller items in line. Below, a grid shelf stores waiting racks or clean plates, leaving the worktop free for sorting tasks.
The design supports a smooth workflow. Dirty items arrive at one end, where staff scrape and stack them before sliding them along the rollers to the dishwasher. The longer rollers allow trays to glide with minimal effort, while the shorter ones prevent smaller items from tipping. The grid shelf beneath maintains organisation, separating clean and dirty items.
Position the table between the pot-wash area and the dishwasher's loading zone. Place larger items on the long rollers, scrape them, then push them forward. Smaller items can be moved to the short rollers for better alignment. Once the dishwasher rack is full, slide it directly onto the machine's conveyor. The grid shelf below can hold clean racks or plates, keeping the worktop clear for the next load.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the table is built for hygiene and durability in wet conditions. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors, and the grid shelf is set at a height compatible with most commercial dishwasher racks.
The table measures 2000 mm in length, 600 mm in width, and 900 mm in height, providing ample space alongside standard dishwashers without obstructing aisles. The length allows multiple staff to work at once, while the depth accommodates trays and racks without overhang. The height matches most worktops and dishwasher entry points, reducing the need for bending or lifting.
Cleaning is simple: wipe the stainless steel surface and rollers with sanitiser between shifts, and remove the grid shelf for thorough cleaning when needed. Regularly check the adjustable feet to maintain stability and level.
