Novameta table for dishwasher with three basket guides – 2200 mm

A stainless steel worktop extension organises the flow from dirty plates to clean racking in a busy kitchen. Three parallel guides run the full length of the table, holding standard dishwasher baskets at a fixed height and spacing so they slide smoothly into the machine without jamming or tipping.

The table stands between the washing-up area and the dishwasher. Dirty crockery is loaded into baskets on the far end; as each basket fills, it is pushed along the guides towards the dishwasher. The fixed spacing ensures the baskets align exactly with the machine's entry rollers, eliminating the need to lift or realign them. Once the machine completes its cycle, clean baskets emerge onto the same guides and are pulled back along the table for unloading.

Construction is a single sheet of stainless steel folded into a seamless worktop with turned-down edges for strength. The underside is supported by a welded tubular frame that keeps the surface level and prevents sagging under the weight of loaded baskets. Three U-shaped guides are welded directly to the top, spaced to match the width of standard commercial dishwasher baskets.

The table measures 2200 mm long, 700 mm deep and 900 mm high. The length provides space for multiple baskets to queue without crowding the washing-up station, while the height matches most commercial dishwashers for a continuous workflow. The 700 mm depth allows room for operators to stand and slide baskets without reaching across the machine.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless steel surface and guides with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The seamless construction and turned edges prevent dirt from collecting in corners, and the open frame underneath allows easy access for mopping the floor.
