A stainless steel worktop table bridges the gap between food preparation and dishwashing, letting kitchen staff slide racks of soiled dishes straight from the pass to the dishwasher without lifting. The flat surface holds a standard rack while the operator scrapes, sorts and stacks, keeping the floor clear and the pace steady. The four adjustable legs let the stainless-steel top sit flush with the dishwasher rim so plates slide straight from the pass-through onto the rack without lifting. Its length allows two operators to work side by side during peak service, one scraping and one loading the dishwasher. The depth is chosen so that a standard dish rack fits flush against the back edge, leaving the front edge free for stacking soiled plates and cutlery. The operator slides a rack of soiled dishes onto the table, scrapes food waste into a bin placed beneath the overhang, then slides the rack into the dishwasher. During service the table collects the next load while the dishwasher runs, so the cycle never stops. The same surface can hold clean racks as they emerge, letting them cool and drain before they are returned to cupboards or shelves. The table is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to water, detergents and repeated cleaning. The legs are welded to the underside of the top, forming a rigid frame that does not wobble under the weight of stacked racks. The height of 900 mm matches the standard height of commercial dishwashers, so racks slide smoothly from table to machine without tilting. The 1900 mm length provides space for two standard dish racks side by side, or one rack and a stack of soiled plates. The 700 mm depth keeps the table within the footprint of most kitchen aisles, so it does not block traffic. The 900 mm height places the work surface at a comfortable level for standing operators, reducing bending and lifting. Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surface is wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each service. The underside and legs are cleaned weekly to remove dust and grease that collects during use. No moving parts or electrical components are present, so maintenance is limited to keeping the surface free of debris and checking that the legs remain level on the floor.
